Return/Exchanges Policy 

Here at IZANA we strive to curate the perfect outfit for you however we acknowledge that the perfect outfit might not be the perfect fit. For this reason we do graciously accept return under the following conditions. If the item(s) are sent back not in its original condition we reserve the right to deny your return request. 

  • All items must be returned within 14 days of delivery date.
  • Clothing must be free from all stains, hair, heavy odors, and NO alterations
  • Customer will be responsible for shipping back returns items.
*Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged* 

 

Exchange Instructions 

If you wish to return an item, please send us an email (info@izana.com) stating the reason for your return. After you email has been sent and you have received correspondence from us (allow 24-48 hrs for a response), please fill out and complete the exchange form below. Please note that any return received after the 14 day grace period will not be accepted and will be returned back to sender.

Shipping Policy 

All items will be processed within 7-10. Please note that business days are Mondays-Fridays and exclude weekends and federal holidays. IZANA is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once an item is in the possession of the shipping carrier. If you have any issues regarding tracking an order after it has left our facility, we ask that you file a claim with the shipping carrier. 

Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to an order once it has been placed and shipped. This includes change of address, size or change in quantity. IZANA reserves the right to cancel any order that is places with incorrect information. 

If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, or the shipping carrier not being able to deliver your item we are not responsible for shipping fees. If an item is returned to us, you will be contacted within 10 business days so that new shipping fees will be collected.

  • Orders will be shipped out only on business days. 
  • Shipping time will vary from 5-10 business days 
  • Orders will be shipped via UPS
  • If you have made a mistake during the checkout process contact us immediately info@izana.co before the order is shipped.
